Viridian L-Tryptophan 220mg - 30 Veg Caps

Amino acids are the building blocks of protein within the body. They are classified as either ‘essential’ or ‘non-essential’. Essential amino acids cannot be made by the body, but instead must come from diet or supplementation. L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid that plays a part in creating both serotonin and melatonin. Foods that contain L-tryptophan include dairy, poultry and fish.

This food supplement provides a 220mg dose of L-tryptophan within an easy-to-take vegan capsule. The amino acids within this supplement are presented in their free form state meaning they do not require digestion, resulting in a faster delivery into the body.

Contains 100% active ingredients, formulated by expert nutritionists with no artificial fillers and no nasties. Sourced according to Viridian’s strict ethical criteria including no animal testing, GMO or palm oil.
