Organic New Zealand Barley Grass Powder

Barley is one of the world's oldest crops and this grain is a staple food in many cultures. More recently its young leafy shoots have been recognised for their nutritional concentration. 10kg of fresh leaves produces 1kg of our powder and unlike barley grass juice powder we preserve the fibre from the leaves, to produce a powder which is high in fibre. We source from an organic farm in New Zealand where the barley grass grows in lush pastures before being dried and milled.
