Ingredients

1. 6 Dates

2. 2 tbsp Cashews

3. 3 tbsp Almonds

4. 1 tsp Maca Powder

5. 1 tsp Slippery Elm Powder

6. 1 tbsp Lucuma Powder

7. 1 tsp Instant Organic Coffee

8. 1 tsp Cacao Powder

9. 3 tbsp Oats (Gluten Free)

10. Pinch of Salt

11. 1 tbsp Coconut Oil

12. 1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract

13. 1 tbsp Cacao Nibs

14. Add liquid to bring to one litre (use milk alternative of your choice)

Method

1. Add all ingredients in order listed to a blender/food processor.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Serve cold, or prepare for later - great for on the go!

4. For a chocolate chips effect - Blend the cacao nibs at the end instead of adding them to the mixture with all the other ingredients.
